our services.

We help leaders and their teams think strategically and grow in confidence, whether that's mentoring, developing strategy, or understanding the impact of policy and structural change on your work.

We help leaders and their teams make sense of these shifts, understand where they fit, see what opportunities exist and turn change and challenge into influence and impact.

We are all working and leading in a world that is complex and fast moving. For VCSE leaders, their teams and communities, the NHS 10-year plan, structural changes and local government devolution can feel like both an opportunity and a challenge.

  • A calm space to think clearly again, with support and challenge in the right places. Mentoring helps leaders build confidence in uncertainty, strengthen judgement, and keep hold of what matters when the pressure is high.

  • Support to make sense of complexity, choose a clear direction, and move forward. This often includes shaping strategy, clarifying priorities, and understanding what policy and structural change means for your organisation in practice.

  • Practical support to turn an ambition or idea into something deliverable. We help you shape outcomes, build a workable approach, and create learning loops that keep the programme grounded and improving.

  • Support to develop inclusion and equity strategies that feel real, rooted in your context, and workable day to day. We focus on what helps teams lead and deliver more inclusively, not just what looks good on paper.

  • Engagement that begins with listening and creates insight you can use. We support approaches that bring lived experience into planning and make it easier to act on what you hear.

Our work reflects the challenges we solve and the impact we create with each project shaped by collaboration, insight, and measurable results.

  • We supported a leadership reset by setting out immediate and staged actions that make governance real and workable. This included reinstating a proper Board cycle, clarifying delegation, introducing structured CEO supervision, and strengthening financial oversight.

  • We were commissioned by a charity Board to review governance, service delivery, financial stewardship and organisational capability, initially to assess tender readiness.

  • We identified the core building blocks needed for safe, consistent delivery, including critical policies, safeguarding assurance, training compliance, a risk framework, and a documented service model. Alongside this, we set out a practical approach to outcomes and reporting, so the organisation can evidence impact in ways commissioners and partners can trust.

  • We developed an outline engagement plan using deliberative principles, focused on representation, involvement, influence and co-creation. The approach combines stakeholder mapping and equality analysis, a six-month core panel across the geography, pop-up discussions and focused conversations with marginalised communities.

  • We sometimes work as Associates within a larger consultancy team, bringing specialist insight, facilitation and strategic support into live projects. This model is flexible and high-trust. It allows clients to benefit from the right expertise at the right time, with clear standards around professionalism, confidentiality, ethical delivery and equal opportunity.
